TeamViewer is a popular piece of software used for Internet-based remote access and support. TeamViewer software can connect to any PC or server, which allows STI’s technicians to access your PC as if they were sitting right in front of it. For the remote session to work, you will have to start a small application (downloaded below), which does not require installation or administrative rights.
